How We Produce Fineday Cold Brew ! 

Cold Brew is a new and innovative technique ensures to extract the best compounds inside coffee bean. During the cold-brew process, time replaces heat. A roasted coffee bean contains many compounds that are extracted during the brewing process.
Some of those compounds, including certain oils and fatty acids, are soluble only at a high temperature. During the cold brew process, coffee beans are never exposed to high temperature. cold water brewing extracts the delicious flavor compounds (and some of the caffeine) from coffee beans, but leaves behind myriad bitter oils and biting fatty acids, including undesirable elements such as ketones, esters and amides. Fineday Cold Brew coffee also offers a long shelf life by means of its R&D based advanced production techniques without using additives or preservatives.

Once raw coffee beans are approved by our quality control team, our factory is accepted. Optimum temperature and humidity conditions are ensured and 100% arabica coffee beans are roasted by us.

The ground and rested kahves are transferred to a tank. Add cold water slowly over it. The mixture of coffee and cold water is kept for 20 hours. After 20 hours of cold brewing, the coffee and water mixture is filtered to obtain a cold coffee concentrate.

No preservatives!  No artificial coloring!

The first heat treatment process of coffee concentrate is started. Coffee concentrate in this process; milk and sugar. Milked coffee sent to the filling line is subjected to second heat treatment. In this process, it is intended to extend the shelf life without adding preservative to bottled milk cabbage.
